Turnaround time for photos is 24 hours, for video 24 - 48 hours.

For COMMERCIAL Real Estate Photography and Video, or ANY OTHER photo/video projects, please contact me for pricing. Besides being a real estate photographer and licensed drone pilot, I am also a travel photographer/videographer and am available for outdoor, travel, marketing and other projects.

Multiple Visits:

If multiple visits are needed due to circumstances beyond my control, like bad weather, there’s a $35 fee for locations within a 10-mile radius and a $55 fee for locations beyond that.
